In Buddies Not Bullies we will be learning a few very important lessons! Loving yourself, being resilient, and how to be a good friend. Through a series of activities and games we will explore the concept of being a good buddy and putting out positivity.


February 6, 2018 3:30pm - March 27, 2018 3:30pm

Tuesdays 3:30-4:30

This class will go over the fundamentals of soccer, hockey, and football. During each class we will go over the fundamentals followed by a game that same day. This class aims to provide a fun and learning aspect of each sport listed. These sports games will help establish the child’s flexibility, core strength, alignment, and overall fitness level.


February 7, 2018 2:30pm - March 28, 2018 3:30pm

Wednesday 2:30-3:30

We will teach kids to cope with stress and emotions by expressing themselves through the arts by incorporating pastels, markers, paints, etc. This class will be teacher guided but primarily driven by the students to inspire creativity. Everyone will start with the same idea but add their own interpretation to the theme of that week. By the end of this course, we hope that the students will incorporate art expression into their lives when dealing with difficult times. All materials will be provided.


February 8, 2018 4pm - March 29, 2018 4:30pm

Thursdays 4:00-4:30

You will practice finding your focus by harnessing your inner and outer strengths. By following basic stretches, breathing techniques, and yoga poses you will learn how to both calm your mind and increase your endurance. Yoga mats provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
